Thefavourableprice/performanceratioextendsthepossibleapplicationsonthemanufactureoftransducers.ThehighaccuracyoftheDMP40enablesthequalityoftheseproductstobeimprovedstillfurther.HBMhas50yearsexperienceofitsowntransducerproductionandthishasofcoursebeenusedinthedevelopmentoftheDMP40.
Inthescientificfieldandintheproductionofhighprecisionelements,verysmallchangesathighstaticloadsarefrequentlymeasured.Hereanexampleistheproductionofsiliconmonocrystals.Withupto16thorderfilterspresentintheDMP40,thesemeasurementproblemscanbesolvedinaverypracticablemanner.
Thefourlimitswitchesandtheeightremotecontrolcontactsenabletheamplifiertooperateautonomouslywithoutmanualintervention.
