摘要:以往對于交流異步電動機的幾種調速方式,調速范圍小,是有級調速,在低速時的轉矩小,直接影響了實際生產工作。隨著社會的進步,電力電子技術的發展,變頻技術普遍應用于電力拖動領域,時耗能較大的設備實行變頻調速,取得了明顯的節能效果。而起重機采用變頻調速,替代傳統的凸輪控制器變阻調速的控制方法,充分發揮了其優越的性能。

Abstract:As the development of the society and electronic technology,frequency technigue is widely applicated in the area of electrical power draging.Frequency control is progressed in some devices consumed more power,which achieves the obvious efects in economizing power.Meanwhile,adopting frequency control insteads the resi~tance control of traditional canl controler which adequately shows its superiority.

1 負載的特點
傳統的QD型橋式雙梁起重機電氣傳動系統的大、小走車的凸輪控制器變阻調速采用凸輪控制器內部觸點的開合方式來增加或減少連接于繞線式電機轉子電阻器的電阻量大小來改變電機轉速的一種調速方式,實際上是通過改變電機的轉差率進行調速的,如圖l所示。
