摘要:基于DSP變頻器抗電磁干擾,其硬件含接口電路、總線、印制電路板抗干擾措施及功率輸出電磁兼容設計。軟件抗干擾則包括利用陷阱防止干擾造成的亂序現象擴展, 利用時間冗余屏蔽干擾信號,及特定編碼容錯、指令冗余、標志法及數字濾波等技術

Abstract:Based on DSP transducer,hardware of anti—electromagnetic interference includes interface circuit,bus,anti-jamming measure of printed circuit board,and electromagnetic compatible design of power output.Software anti-jamming design includes making use of trap tO prevent desequencing expansion;adopting time redundancy to screen jamming signal,special coding fault tolerance,instruction redundancy,symbol method,digital filtering and SO on.

0 引言
電磁干擾源分為信息傳導干擾源和電磁噪聲傳導干擾源。信息傳導干擾源指無用信息對模擬通道的干擾。電磁噪聲傳導干擾源是不帶信息的電磁噪聲對變頻系統的干擾。傳導電磁干擾傳輸通道分為電容、電阻及電感等傳導耦合。電容傳導耦合指干擾源和信號傳輸線間通過導線及部件的電容交鏈構成的電磁傳導耦合。電阻傳導耦合指干擾源和信號傳輸線間通過公共阻抗上電流或電壓交鏈構成的傳導電磁耦合,即磁場耦合。基于DSP數字變頻器中, 電阻和電感傳導耦合尤為明顯。包括瞬態脈沖干擾對數字電路的影響、分布電感、電容對信號的影響、電源對系統的影響等。在此探討基于DSP變頻調器的電磁干擾及其解決方法。
