摘要:介紹調諧輥式拉絲機的工作原理,提出電氣控制系統的控制策略,設計電氣傳動控制系統的硬件和軟件,并分析系統的制動過程。系統采用基于現場總線的結構,調諧輥位置控制采用變參數的增量型數字PI調節算法,取得滿意的運行效果。

Abstract :To introduce the work principle of wire drawing machine with tuning roller.The control policy of electric control system is put forward. The hardware and software of electric transmission control system are designed,and the braking process of the system is analyzed.The system bases on spot general line structure,the position control of tuning roller a—dopts variable parameters increment digital PI adjusting arithmetic,which obtains satisfied running efficiency.

1 工作原理
8聯調諧輥式拉絲機的工藝流程如圖1所示,主要由1個放線機、8個卷筒和一個收線機組成,鋼絲經過1 拉絲模后卷繞在1 卷筒上,再依次經2 至8 拉絲模及卷筒,最后由收線機將鋼絲卷繞在工字輪上,在每兩個卷筒之間設有調諧輥,用于調整鋼絲張力。
