摘要:介紹焊絲鍍銅生產線工字輪收線機的恒張力控制原理,推導出收線電機的力矩隨著卷徑的增加同比例增加的規律。采用帶有轉矩控制功能的愛默生變頻器來驅動工字輪收線機,使得張力控制系統變得簡單,提高了后序工作的效率,并說明參數設置和調試過程。

Abstract :To introduce the constant tension control principle of spool take—up in welding wire Cu—plating production line.The law of the moment increasing of take—up motor with coil diameter increasing is deduced.Adopting Emerson transducer with rotation moment control function to drive spool take—up makes tension control system get simple and improve efi ciency of follow一 p work,and the parameters set and adjusting process are explained.

在焊絲鍍銅生產線上,工字輪收線是最后一個工序,隨著焊絲的卷繞,工字輪的卷徑逐漸增大,在這個過程中要求任何時間都能保持恒定的張力,這對成品焊絲的翹距來說是很重要的影響因素。
