摘 要：本文研究了硬件冗余的傳感器故障診斷方法, 設計了故障診斷算法，并通過實驗證明了該方法對傳感器故障檢測具有相當好的定位，大大提高了故障診斷的效率。 關鍵詞：傳感器，硬件冗余，故障診斷，故障檢測 Abstract:This article has studied the method on sensor fault diagnosis of hardware redundancy, Have designed the malfunction diagnose algorithm. Keywords:sensor,hardware redundancy,fault diagnosis,fault detect 1.引言 　　現在，傳感器被大量應用在許多領域的系統里，用來檢測系統運行過程中的參數。如果傳感器出現故障，就可能導致系統不能正常運行。因此，至今人們研究出了許多檢測傳感器故障的方法：有硬件冗余方法，分析冗余方法，人工神經網絡方法等。本文采用硬件冗余方法來研究傳感器的故障診斷。硬件冗余的信息來源于冗余的傳感器，幾個冗余的傳感器測量同一物理變量，以生成殘差，將這些殘差與閥值相比較進行故障的檢測與定位，其閥值取決于傳感器的測量精度。在應用故障檢測方法前，必須定義將要使用的測量模型。本文對基于硬件冗余的傳感器故障診斷做了深入的研究。 　　詳情請點擊：基于硬件冗余的傳感器故障診斷研究
