摘 要:本文介紹了計算機測控系統中數據采集、電機控制的原理和方法等,并設計了測控系統的實驗室裝置。此裝置可以進行溫度數據采集和處理,對電機速度和位置控制,并形成了一個綜合測控系統。使計算機專業的學生在硬件實習時可以通過此系統來更好的了解和掌握測控系統的組成,大大提高他們的動手能力。

Abstract:This thesis introduces particularly the theory of data processing and controlling,the hardware and corresponding configures used in the system,completing the analysis and design of the system software.This article develops a suit of integration system on measuring and controlling with computer based on industrial controlling computer,transducer,temperature sensor,which makes students practice them in the laboratory.It can combine the practice with theory ,reflecting intuitionisticly the process of data processing and controlling,which is widely used in the factory.

目前,高校計算機專業的同學在生產實習時普遍反映學不到東西,到工廠也只是走馬觀花式的參觀,這與學校“培養創新型的應用型人才”定位產生了差距,為此開展了本項研究。意在研制一套基于工控機、PLC、變頻器、溫度傳感器等組成的計算機集成測控系統,使學生能在實驗室中自己動手,將理論與實際聯系起來,直觀的反映工業現場廣泛應用的數據采集和控制過程。
1 測控系統構成
根據實驗室的現有條件,由工控機、PLC、變頻器、溫度傳感器等設備設計出的計算機集成測控系統框圖如圖1所示。通過本系統,學生能深刻理解計算機數據采集、計算機與PLC的通信、異步電機控制等工業過程,真正將理論與實踐結合起來。
