摘要:針對一種最新研制成功的新型直線電機驅動沖壓機,為了準確測量它的瞬態沖力,對采用的計算機輔助測試系統進行了動態標定。對于動態標定所得的結果,運用系統辨識法計算整個測試系統的頻率特性。計算結果表明所建立的數學模型是有效的,而且動態測試系統能夠用于開發過程中樣機的負荷測試以及定型產品的性能檢測。

Abstract:In order t0 exactly detect the transient impulsion of the hove1
punch driven by linear motor,the dynamic demarcation has proceeded in the
computer aided detecting system.The system identification method is used to calculate the~equency performance of the whole testing system according to the results obtained by the dynamic demarcation.The results show that the built mathematic model is effective,and the detecting system can be used in the sample machines under development and pe rformance test of finished products.
