摘要: 用多傳輸線理論分析了定子繞組內(nèi)的電壓波傳播過程,提出了計(jì)算變頻牽引電機(jī)定子繞組暫態(tài)電壓分布的等效電路。用有限元軟件ANSYS 計(jì)算等效電路分布參數(shù)值的結(jié)果表明末端線圈首匝對地電壓、匝間電壓最大。

Abstract : An equivalent circuit is developed based on t ransmission line theory taking account on high2f requency effect s. The parameters of equivalent circuit are calculated by the finite element analysis ANSYS sof tware. Then t ransient voltage dist ribution in windings of inverter2fed t raction motor is alculated by the equivalent circuit . The results show that the maximum voltage across the first turn of end coil and turn to ground voltages of turns are not different .

0 引 言
變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)因自身特點(diǎn)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,但應(yīng)用過程中出現(xiàn)變頻電機(jī)絕緣過早損壞的情況[126 ] 。高速機(jī)車牽引逆變器廣泛采用IGB T 等高速開關(guān)器件,輸出電壓是具有陡上升沿的連續(xù)脈沖,它在變頻牽引電機(jī)定子繞組中的不均勻分布是造成繞組絕緣過早損壞的主要因素之一[ 7211 ] 。但其具體分布還不清楚,故需研究其暫態(tài)電壓分布情況,為變頻牽引電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的理論依據(jù)以防止電機(jī)定子絕緣的過早損壞。本文首先根據(jù)多傳輸線理論分析了電流在繞組中的傳播過程,在考慮定子繞組高頻損耗的情況下,提出了用于計(jì)算變頻牽引電機(jī)定子繞組暫態(tài)電壓分布的等效電路。用有限元分析軟件AN2SYS 計(jì)算了等效電路分布參數(shù)值,并在此基礎(chǔ)上用MA TLAB 軟件計(jì)算出繞組暫態(tài)電壓分布。
