大會背景：

中國國務院總理李克強在主持召開的國務院常務會議上，部署加快推進實施“中國制造2025”，實現產業升級。會議強調以信息化與工業化深度融合為主線，重點發展新一代信息技術、高檔數控機床和機器人以及航空航天準備等10大領域。
